Amazing Information

Now the year 2019 is about to get over so here is the post on some of the most innovative and awesome Tech Gadgets launched in 2019.

So let's get stared with our first pick on the list -

  • Foldable Phones

It looks like 2019 is going to be the year of the foldable phone, and we've already seen some stunning handsets appear –like the Samsung Galaxy Fold and the Huawei Mate X. After years of rumours and leaks, the tech is finally with us.

  • Bluetooth Earphones
Wireless earbuds are one of the best ways to listen to your music on the go, whether your commuting, heading to the gym, or relaxing poolside on a sunny day the right pair of earphones will stay put and bring you quality sound. There have been many great true wireless earbuds launches in the year 2019 like Apple AirPods 2,  Apple AirPods pro, Powerbeats Pro,Samsung Galaxy Buds and much more.

  • Multi Camera Smartpohones
This year is all about how many cameras smartphone brands can put up in their phones. With the growing importance of camera performance to smartphone makers and users, manufacturers have worked hard to add features and to improve image quality. However, users also want thin phones, which greatly limits the size of the individual camera modules that can be used. The small Z-height, as the industry refers to the thickness of a phone, has caused designers to make use of the larger width and height of phones by adding additional cameras to their designs.

Having multiple cameras has made an array of new features possible—zoom, better HDR, portrait modes, 3D, and low-light photography—but it has also presented new challenges. We’ll take a look at how multiple camera phones have evolved, at how they’ve improved the photo experience for phone owners, and at the challenges that phone makers have had to tackle to make them work. In each case, it is important to keep in mind that it is still early in the development of multiple-camera smartphones, so expect to see rapid progress in the technology and the features it enables over the coming years.

We have as far seen this year phones like Nokia 9 PureView with5 cameras or the Samsung's Note 10 with three camera's on back and two cameras in front and the new Iphone 11 Pro with three back camera's. Now even the Google's new Pixle lineup has got two rear cameras this year. Also many midrange and budget range devices from Oppo, Vivo, Xiaomi, Realme are getting multi cameras on their handsets.

Now we are heading to 2020 let's see what will be the new revolution in the field smartphone cameras.

  • 5G
Overall 2019 has been the year of 5G many smartphone brands have launched their 5G handsets and
after years of hype about gigabit speeds that will let you download full-length movies in mere seconds, 5G is a reality. All four wireless carriers have flipped the switch on 5G in the U.S., and you can buy 5G phones that can take advantage of faster speeds on those networks.

There are currently half-a-dozen 5G-capable smartphones on the market: Samsung's Galaxy S10 5G, Note 10 Plus 5G, OnePlus 7 Pro 5G, LG's V50 ThinQ 5G and the Moto Z3 or Moto Z4 with 5G Moto Mod. (The Moto phones require a pricey accessory; it can't connect to 5G on its own.)

-------------------------------------------------------------

So this were some of the innovative techs of 2019. A lot of this are only at beginning phase and will get much advanced. So let's see what will be the new innovations in the field of tech in 2020.

  • Meditation can slow down, or even prevent, some neurodegenerative diseases.

According to a study done by the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, there is a link between meditation-induced stress reduction and slowing certain neurodegenerative diseases like dementia and Alzheimer’s. Over the course of the mindfulness stress reduction study, participating Alzheimer’s patients showed a slower progression after eight weeks than patients who did not participate.

  • Meditation can sometimes be more effective than sleep.

In 2006, college students participating in a study associated with the effects of meditation were asked to either sleep, watch television, or meditate. After various increments of time, each student’s focus was tested by asking them to press a button whenever a green light appeared on a screen in front of them. Surprisingly, the students who meditated outscored even the sleepers by a whopping 10%.

  • Thousands of people have overcome addictions using mindful meditation.\
Myriad studies have been conducted over recent years.  The results have been published in such notable publications as Addiction Research, Journal of Addiction Medicine, and Mindfulness and Acceptance. The studies have found that meditation has played an important role in encouraging people to quit their addictions. One study looked at 19 adult alcohol-dependent graduates of an outpatient program. Fifteen of them underwent an eight-week meditation course. By the end of the study, 47% of the participants reported total abstinence. An additional 47% reported only one “heavy drinking” day. By the end of the program, 87% of the participants referred to meditation as “very important” for those struggling with addiction. Eighty five percent called it a “useful relapse prevention tool” and 90% said they were “very likely” to continue meditation.

  • Meditation can keep us from aging.

Well, sort of. Various research studies, some of which are currently underway, have found that meditation increases telomerase activity. Telomeres, — the protective “caps” located at the ends of chromosomes — have been targeted by researchers as the key to anti-aging science. The longer the telomeres, the longer the person is likely to live. A study done at University of California at Davis found that meditation spurs on the production of telomerase, the enzyme that helps build telomeres.

  • You needn’t be a religious person to meditate

Meditation can benefit everyone. It is beyond doctrine: it’s about developing calmness, practicing awareness and decluttering the mind. And although contemplation is a key component of most world religions, you don’t have to be adhere to a religion to practice meditation. This is good news for the one in five Americans who define themselves as “spiritual but not religious!”  Also, in January 2018 the Pew Research Center published findings that show just how mainstream mindfulness meditation has become in the US, regardless of religious affiliation.

  • It makes your brain plastic.

Plastic meaning that our brain can change.  That means our brain’s potential is not set at birth — we can actually strengthen and improve our brains in ways once science said is impossible. When we train our mind to focus  we are happy. Keeping your attention focused on the present, accepting the moment without judgment, has been studied extensively for its infusion of positive psychological benefits. Many scientists are now saying, focusing our awareness is where we find our true happiness. Understanding that the mind and body are one entity and that the energetic quality of the mind is the essence of life, focusing our awareness through meditation is a practical strategy for health, happiness and transformation.

Modern smart phones run on lithium-ion batteries, which are smart enough to stop charging when they’ve reached capacity.
